🔥 During periods of transformation, when the energies of change overwhelm us, it’s important to remember that our physical body is a vessel for all our desires and aspirations. It is through our body that we experience intense emotions, whether it’s joy, inspiration, or stress-induced negative feelings.

Strong emotions, both negative and positive, place a strain on our body, heart, blood vessels, nerves, and more. Temporary vulnerability at the physical level can disrupt our personal development processes, leaving us physically and spiritually drained. Similarly, intense transformational processes can cause our body to malfunction, pulling us back into past states and interactions, both with people and situations.

It’s essential to learn to listen to your body during these times and notice how it reacts to various processes. To become more attuned to your body, practice grounding and establish a solid connection with the Earth. Take care of your body as if it is already in the new, desired state.

This will help you feel your body, regain stability, and achieve harmony, which are key components of your journey toward personal transformation and self-development.

🌿 It would be beneficial to practice the “Tree” meditation.

Stand upright, making sure you are firmly grounded on both feet. Close your eyes and take a moment to listen to the sounds around you. Shift your attention from one sound to another.

Imagine powerful brown roots extending from your feet deep into the earth, reaching further and further. You are a tree, with thick branches stretching toward the sky and strong roots anchoring deep into the ground. You are not afraid of storms or hurricanes because your roots penetrate deep into the soil.

Feel the column of energy, heavy, viscous, and nourishing, rising from your roots, traveling up your spine, and exiting through the crown of your head. At the same time, a radiant, white energy flows into you through the crown of your head and moves down through your spine. Focus on the circulation of these two energy streams.

Pay attention to your bodily sensations. Where does the energy flow smoothly and freely, and where does it feel blocked, as if there are barriers in the way? In which areas do you feel discomfort or even pain? Mentally focus on each problematic area. Imagine divine light filling it and melting away, dissolving all obstacles and barriers.
