Write down one important task or goal you want to advance today, leaving some space to later add the names or ideas of people who can help you on this path.

Concentrate on the candle flame and recite the day’s affirmation or these words (optional):

Then, imagine glowing honeycombs forming around you—a symbol of collective strength and mutual support. Feel that you are a part of this vast, harmonious pattern.

Visualize yourself standing on the edge of an incredibly beautiful, sunny meadow. The air is thick with the scent of honey, wild thyme, and blooming linden trees. You feel soft, warm grass beneath your feet. The bright sun gently touches your skin. You take a step forward and feel surrounded by a low, peaceful buzzing.

From the sunlight’s radiance, a Golden Bee appears before you. It is large and shining, as if cast from pure topaz and light. Its wings shimmer with all the colors of the rainbow. It flies up to you and hovers at the level of your heart.
