I was writing to a client I’m currently working with on karmic cleansing, and I thought this might be useful for everyone during this challenging period of transformation — the Eclipse Corridor.

Observe yourself. Notice how your state changes, what sensations, thoughts, insights, and dreams arise. Pay attention to what is happening in your outer life as well: what unexpectedly comes into your life, what comes to an end, which people appear or, conversely, disappear, and which situations suddenly begin to move forward.

Even if something seems completely insignificant in the moment, later it may become part of a much bigger picture.

You can keep an Observation Journal and write down just a few lines each day. You don’t have to immediately look for an explanation for everything — simply record what is happening.

This is useful not only during ritual work. In any transitional period, keeping a journal like this can help you see your own dynamics more clearly: what is truly changing, what keeps repeating, and what has already become part of the past.

And I want to emphasize this: the Eclipse Corridor is not something you simply need to get through. It is important to move through it consciously and attentively — noticing what it shows you, removes from your life, and opens up specifically for you.
