🏡 Within every family system lie secrets and tasks, and each of us carries a special role. We bear the messages of our ancestors, even if we are unaware of them. The family system—this ancestral soul—defines our destiny and our place in the world.
If something remains unresolved in your family relationships, it impacts your life and limits you. Ignoring the issue doesn’t mean it disappears from your life; your connections remain, and they continue to influence you. The desire for healing is futile until you address the unresolved matters you’ve inherited from your ancestors. As part of this system, you may feel and sense much, but you aren’t always able to see exactly what the problem is—what lies beyond your perception. But regardless of this, you carry this burden and continue to experience its effects.

Only this outside perspective can help you truly understand and resolve the unresolved issues and tasks that affect your life and destiny.

Lena, thank you so much for this journey. It was truly revolutionary for me. My entire understanding of myself and my purpose was turned upside down. It was a magical time. Sometimes during the process, I felt completely carried away. I came back a completely different person—more confident, stronger, and incredibly calm. I now know where to draw strength and inspiration from, and I know who to turn to for advice. I’m no longer afraid of spirits and the world of the dead, and I can almost negotiate with them. I realized how much I love my family. I want to learn my family’s history, discover my roots, and amplify the strength of my lineage to pass it on to my descendants so that the connection between the past, present, and future isn’t lost. Without the past, the future is impossible. Without a strong root system, a strong, branching tree cannot grow.
As for the request I came with: I received all the answers, and more than that—I learned things I hadn’t even thought of, and I saw the direction I need to move in with regard to working with my lineage and my role in it. I gained many insights into what in me needs to change, how to behave with my relatives and loved ones. Stones reappeared in my life as a subject of work and growth, which is very interesting. The “carriage” exercise was the most captivating and transformative. It was amazing. Thank you so much for this initiative, for all the energy you invested in us, and for the gentle nudges and signals that help us move forward and become a little wiser and better.
Lena, your assignments helped me look at my fears in a new way. They showed me how to find allies in any emotion. From now on, I’ll be more attentive to listening to myself. As for concrete results, it’s still a bit hard to say—there’s so much information, and not all of it has settled in yet. In any case, I’ve realized that building my family tree is my responsibility, something I can’t run from anymore (I’ve been avoiding it for years). And it seems I’ll find something very interesting there. I really enjoyed immersing myself in the map—it brings incredible realizations. Emotions ran the full spectrum—from anger and irritation to serene calm and gentle joy. I liked all the practices, they were very interesting. And I keep coming back in my mind to the Family Tree (that was such a joyful practice, with a strong pull) and to our carriages. I carry with me all my emotions, the cards that I want to relive again and again. I carry with me expectations and anticipation for the continuation of these processes. The emotional experience greatly enriched me. Thank you, Lena, once again for being there. I’ll definitely go with you on another journey wherever you invite me!
Considering this was my third journey, I know that the main discoveries of this experience are still ahead for me 🙂
New facets will reveal themselves with each rereading of the assignments, my responses, and your, Lena’s, comments. Everything missed and unseen will fall into place, and I will gain even more crucial information. From experience, I know that I have missed seeing more than I realized. But even what I did see is enough for a fundamentally new life.
Lena, thank you so much for this initiative. This was my first experience of this kind, so it will probably stay in my memory for a long time. And the most important thing I got from this journey was just that—the experience. The experience of living through myself. Through the cards, meditations, and even dreams (though that topic remains a mystery to me, as I still mostly forget my dreams).
I love working in a group, so observing the other participants and our discussions about the carriages gave me a huge breakthrough in understanding my personal processes. Thank you all for that!!!
