Do you remember the children’s game “Edible-Inedible”? Its essence is very simple: participants throw a ball to each other, naming food items and objects. If something edible is named—you catch the ball—you’re great. If something inedible is named—if you catch it, you’re not great, but if you don’t catch it, you’re great because you didn’t “eat” what’s inedible.
Did you know that this game exists in our lives too, and we are all its participants, consciously or not? Only for us, this game can be called “Alive-Dead.” Let’s learn to play it consciously!
Everything in our world is surrounded by certain energies and consists not only of physical molecules but also of energetic molecules, which are visible and felt by us on subtle levels of perception. These energetic charges can vary in sensation, expressed more or less strongly—depending on the charge they carry and our ability to sense these charges. Everything mentioned above applies to absolutely everything: people, animals, objects, food, natural or human-made things.
The energetic particles surrounding us and interacting with our bodies determine a lot, including our health. Therefore, the game “Alive-Dead” is very important for us, especially in terms of what objects we surround ourselves with, what food we eat, and what we interact with.
To play this game consciously, we can focus on our sensations, checking whether the particles of a particular object suit us or not. For example, we might feel attraction or repulsion toward a specific person or feel drawn to a certain item while being repelled by others. Some sensitive people can even tell if food is spoiled and unfit to eat, even if there are no physical signs of spoilage yet.
Focusing on your sensations in this matter is very important, though it may be challenging at first. The more often you track your reactions, the faster you’ll learn to “automatically” choose more “alive” objects and food.
To help you with this, here are a few recommendations:
- “Alive” energy is more present in handmade items or food prepared by hand. Jewelry, clothing, or items made by hand or by a craftsman in a single copy will bring more joy and pleasure, not just from owning them but also from their positive energy. Cookies baked by hand, homemade bread, or a salad you’ve prepared yourself will be healthier and tastier than store-bought ones, as no factory or machine production can provide the warmth and positive energy of human hands.
- To increase the amount of “alive” energy, approach crafting or cooking only in a positive mood, with love, and with an internal resource to invest in what you’re making. Bad mood, fatigue, or lack of desire can not only physically ruin an item or dish but also charge it with negative particles that harm your health.
- If you care about your health and figure, you don’t necessarily need to go on diets or use supplements. Often, it’s enough to consume more “alive” food, avoid store-bought products, and switch to healthier and fresher options to give your body a charge of “alive” energy.
- At home, you can increase the number of “alive” items by adding handmade decor, such as a painted picture, a knitted doily, or household items and furniture made by you or your ancestors. Potted plants also bring more positive energy than artificial decorations or arrangements.
- Paying attention to energetic flows in any purchase, meal, or task will allow you to feel better, healthier, and more harmonious.
Be mindful—and play consciously! May the game with surrounding energies bring you joy, pleasure, and victory—over fatigue and poor well-being!
