Daily Practices: “Spirit of the Ladybug”

🌠 Magical Affirmation of the Day:

🔮 To anchor the energy of the affirmation and amplify the day’s energies, perform the “Wings of Luck” ritual.

You will need:

🔸 A candle — red, orange, or gold in color.
🔸 A piece of paper and a pen (red, black, or gold).

Light the candle. On a clean piece of paper, write down the day’s affirmation with love and faith. Around the words, draw several small dots-circles, like ladybug shells.

Quietly read the written affirmation aloud three times, looking at the candle flame.

Close your eyes. Visualize a bright red ladybug with seven black spots landing on your palm. Mentally send it your desire. Then, imagine it spreading its wings and flying up into the sky, carrying your request to the Universe so that it may surely be fulfilled.

Say: «Thank you, guardian spirit, for luck, protection, and new paths. So be it!».

Extinguish the candle. Fold the paper with the affirmation and carry it with you as a talisman so its energy accompanies you all day.

Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths in and out. Feel how with each exhale, tension leaves your body, and with each inhale, you fill yourself with calm and quiet expectation of a miracle. The sounds around you dissolve, and now your attention is turned only inward.

Imagine you are standing on the edge of an ancient, glowing forest. This is no ordinary forest. The tree trunks emit a soft silvery light, and the air shimmers as if filled with living pollen of light. You take a step forward, and the path beneath your feet lights up softly, inviting you to enter.

You walk along this path, and with each step, you feel your body becoming lighter and your heart filling with curiosity and serenity. Soon, you emerge into a vast meadow surrounded by glowing trees.

In the center of the meadow stands a huge, warm stone radiating a golden glow. This is the Stone of Your Desires. You approach it and place your palms on it, feeling its life-giving warmth.

From the sky, like a small feather, a Ladybug descends and lands on the stone. Her tiny body glows with a red light, and the black spots on her wings shimmer like little stars.

You whisper your most cherished desire to her. The Ladybug listens, and the stone flashes with a dazzling golden light that envelops you too. Your desire is now imprinted here, in this garden, at the very heart of reality.

The Ladybug soars upward, and you feel your consciousness, your luminous essence, following her effortlessly. You rise above the garden, above the forest, and a panorama of your own life unfolds before you. But now you see it differently: you see shining paths — the very new opportunities that have opened for you.

The Ladybug flies over one of the brightest paths, and you notice sparkling pollen falling from her wings, marking this path as the most true and fortunate for you right now.

Gently, you return to the meadow by the stone. Take a deep breath in and out, grounding yourself in the here and now, while carrying all the magic of this journey within you.

Slowly, when you are ready, bring your awareness back to the room. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Feel the solid surface beneath you. And only then, gently open your eyes.
