Today calls us to slow down and enter a state of inner peace. The time for active action will come a little later—for now, it’s important to allow yourself to rest and recharge.
If you feel tension or fatigue, it’s better to take a step back than to exhaust yourself in struggle. Don’t rush into making important decisions or burdening yourself with unnecessary tasks—instead, focus on yourself, your body, and your soul.
🌿 Trust your intuition, for the answers to important questions already live within us. We only need to create a space of silence to hear them. Meditation, solitude, or simply mindful inaction can help you reset and find clarity.
However, if introspection turns into apathy or prolonged stagnation—to avoid getting stuck in “hibernation”—try gradually returning to your tasks, step by step, focusing on what truly matters right now.
