Light two candles in front of you: a white one to illuminate the path of clarity and purity, and a blue or green one to awaken intuition and new horizons. Place a bowl of water or a seashell nearby—they will serve as a symbol of flow and your guide, Cancer, who comes from the depths to help you make the right choice. If you have stones like aquamarine, quartz, or moonstone, place them nearby to amplify the power of the ritual.

Lay out three small objects in front of you: one—a symbol of the past that holds you back; the second—a symbol of the present, the point where you are now; the third—a symbol of the future, carrying new possibilities.

Take seven deep breaths, imagining that each inhale fills you with light, and each exhale carries away anxiety and doubt. Look at the candle flames and recite the day’s affirmation three times.
