How can you tell that you may be experiencing negative external influence?

Your relationships begin to fall apart, financial problems arise, bad luck seems to follow you, and your plans keep getting disrupted. The people around you seem to stop hearing or understanding you, you find yourself involved in conflicts more and more often, and arguments arise seemingly out of nowhere.

You may feel unwell without any obvious reason: your nerves are constantly on edge, you become irritable or tearful, and experience a persistent sense of exhaustion and depletion.

You may be troubled by nightmares, sleep poorly, or suddenly begin gaining weight. You may feel as though someone is watching you, experience unexplained chills or tingling, or have the sensation of insects crawling on your skin.

Sometimes there are also very specific physical sensations: an unpleasant feeling resembling a lump or knot in the lower abdomen, discomfort between the shoulder blades, as though someone were touching you with an invisible hand. You may feel a pulling sensation around the heart, pressure around the head as though it were being tightly squeezed, or heaviness in your arms and legs.

At other times, external influence manifests through events and specific relationships with other people. Someone around you — an acquaintance, colleague, or even a relative — may constantly talk about you behind your back, spread gossip, interfere in your life out of envy, or openly attack you, making it difficult for you to live peacefully.

What does protection do?

A protective ritual works not only against directed magical negativity. It also strengthens your energetic field and boundaries, reduces unnecessary energy loss, and helps you feel more stable when interacting with the world around you.

In this way, a more stable and peaceful energetic space is created around you, making it more difficult for unwanted influence to penetrate it.

A significant amount of external negativity can enter through protection that is not strong enough or has become weakened. Protection can weaken for both external and internal reasons.

Internal factors are connected with what can be described as energetic and psychological “hygiene”: accumulated negative emotions, heavy thoughts, inner tension, and other states that a person may not know how to work with properly.

External negativity — other people’s envy, directed aggression, energetic attacks, magical influence, attempts to interfere in your life, and other forms of unwanted influence — is stopped by strong energetic protection.

There are different types of protection, and they may draw their sustaining energy from different sources: ancestral, egregorial, magical, and others. Therefore, I use different rituals to establish protection, depending on the situation and the specific purpose.

🛡️ Shield — €200

A standard energetic protection that works like a shield, absorbing and neutralizing negativity directed toward you.

This is a basic form of protection against external pressure and unwanted energetic influence.

It gradually wears down under the influence of external and internal factors, so it may need to be renewed after some time.

🪞 Mirror — €350

Mirror protection does not simply shield you from directed negativity — it reflects it back to the person who sent it.

Please note: this ritual provides a strong return-to-sender effect. The negativity is returned to its source — the person who consciously or unconsciously directs it toward you.

Even under fairly strong attacks, this protection can remain effective for a long time and does not require frequent renewal.

Its primary purpose, however, is protection from magical influence and directed negativity.

🔮 Circle of Protection — €450

The strongest form of protection — a system designed to protect you on several levels at once: mental, emotional, physical, and energetic.

This is no longer simply a temporary energetic shield, but a deep, multi-level protection with virtually no fixed period of effectiveness.

In the event of sufficiently serious threats, it may occasionally require a small energetic recharge, but it will not need to be established again from scratch.
