Since the theme of healing is currently expressing itself strongly on both the subtle and physical levels, I want to share with you one of my favourite rituals — a ritual dedicated specifically to HEALING.

It is one of my favourites also because healing has always been one of the main directions of my practice. I am a healer working in the traditions of the Gypsy Shuwany, and for me, working with the restoration of a person has never been limited to the physical body alone.

We work with the body, the soul, and the heart. We work with energetic processes, restore inner balance, and often help harmonise those external areas of life that are directly connected to a person’s state.

But today I want to tell you specifically about the part of my healing practice that is connected with physical discomfort and illness.

People often come to me with very specific physical symptoms: recurring conditions, chronic tension, a feeling of exhaustion, problems affecting a particular area of the body, or an individual organ.

Of course, ritual work for health does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. But I look at a person as a whole: physical processes are very closely connected with the energetic state, and therefore, when working with the body, I pay attention not only to the area where the problem manifests itself, but also to how energy moves and is distributed throughout the person’s energetic system.

If a stagnation has developed somewhere, a channel has become blocked, energy is not reaching where it needs to go, or energetic blocks have formed around a particular area, the first step is to clear that space.

This is exactly where the “Healing with Light” ritual begins.

During the work, I clear the energetic channels that nourish the area in question, untangle energetic “knots,” remove blocks, and open the pathways for energy to flow more freely.

It is a kind of preparation of the space. Before directing energy towards the restoration of a particular area, it is important to remove whatever may be preventing it from reaching that place.

After this, I move on to the direct, focused work with the particular organ, system, or area of the body that requires special attention.

I fill the cleansed energetic centres and channels with Light — the energy that becomes the primary instrument of the ritual itself. The Light is directed towards the areas where restoration, support, and harmonisation of processes are needed.

In this way, the work is not focused simply on the symptom, but on the energetic foundation of the area where the physical discomfort has manifested: first the pathway is cleared, and then the space is filled with Light.
