🌠 Today’s Magical Affirmation:

“I embrace my Shadow and reclaim the Power hidden within it.
What was rejected becomes my wisdom.
What was suppressed becomes a source of energy and inspiration.
I free myself from old limitations and boldly walk my own path.
My power grows, my energy flows freely,
and magic reveals itself in my life.”

🔮 To anchor the affirmation and strengthen the energies of the day, you can perform the “Light in the Shadow” ritual.

For the ritual, you will need:

🔹 A black candle — a symbol of the Shadow, depth, and all that is hidden.
🔹 A white candle — a symbol of Light, power, and manifestation.
🔹 A sheet of paper and a pen.
🔹 A bowl of water or a small container of salt.

Create a calm space for your work. Sit comfortably and place both candles in front of you: the black one on the left, the white one on the right. Place the bowl of water or salt between them.

Call forth your Shadow: light the black candle, close your eyes, and think about your hidden desires, suppressed emotions, or fears that you usually keep buried. Do not judge them — simply observe.

Open your eyes and write down everything that came to you, from your deepest fears to your boldest desires.

Now transform the energy by lighting the white candle and saying the affirmation of the day aloud.

Burn the written page in the flame of the black candle (or carefully tear it up and place it in the water or salt), imagining the heaviness dissolving and the energy returning to you.

Complete the ritual by extinguishing the candles — the black one first, then the white one — with gratitude for their help.

🌑 To deepen the ritual, you may add the “Path to the Jackal’s Realm” visualization to connect with this Spirit’s energy.

Perform the visualization while seated in front of the candles. You can do it on its own or incorporate it into the ritual immediately after meeting your Shadow.

Close your eyes. Take three slow, deep breaths. As you inhale, imagine soft golden light entering your body; as you exhale, imagine a grey mist of weariness, fears, and doubts leaving your body.

Before your inner eye, an endless sandy plain gradually appears. The sun turns the sand warm gold, while ahead you can see an oasis — dark and cool, as though it belongs to an entirely different world.

You walk towards it barefoot, feeling the warm sand beneath your feet. The closer you come to the oasis, the quieter everything around you becomes.

At its edge, you are met by a tall, graceful Jackal with glowing amber eyes. There is no threat in his gaze — only calmness and ancient knowledge. He looks at you as though he has known you for a very long time, then turns and invites you to follow him.

The Jackal leads you into a cave. Its walls shimmer with deep shades of night, and in the darkness, things that are usually hidden from your sight gradually begin to emerge: forgotten desires, suppressed feelings, fears, the strength you are not accustomed to showing, and qualities you have never allowed yourself to express.

Do not push anything away. Simply observe.

The Jackal leads you to a mirror made of black obsidian. In its depths, you see your reflection — and, at the same time, your Shadow. It is neither strange nor frightening. It is you, but freer, stronger, and bolder.

Look into her eyes.

Then reach out your hand towards your reflection. Feel the boundary between you disappear as the two parts of yourself become one. Everything that was hidden now returns to you as power.

At this moment, the Jackal holds out a golden key to you.

Take it. Feel its weight in your hand and know that this key belongs to you. It reminds you that the door to your power has always been within you — and now you can open it.

Thank the Jackal and feel the space of the cave gradually dissolve.

You are standing in the middle of the desert once again. Look around. The Jackal remains at the entrance to the oasis, watching you leave. There is no farewell in his gaze — only the quiet knowledge that you now know the way.

Take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes. Feel your body, the space around you, and the candle flames before you.

You have returned from the world of Shadow not empty-handed. You have brought your power back with you.
